Bluegrass, beer, tri-tip, volcano cake, fireworks, friends, neighbors, and freaks. From the mountains of Arenal to the shores of the Pacific, Grass It Up and Bruce Hayes (with a little help from new friends and incredible musicians Patricio and Eliot) sufficiently grassed it up so we could dance our ashes off! Thank you to everyone who made it what it was -- a genuine frickin' hootenanny. We missed many of you from last year and felt your absence (Jeff, Dick Daddy, Jon, Hethyr, Eric, Silja, the Austin crew...), but know we'll see you and hopefully many more next year for Lava Tres!
